Finally The Sec 1 Orientation Are Over!!!!

after 3 day of sec one orientation..it makes me loose my voice..make me go crazy..getting to know the sec 1..the very important is the know the junior leaders...
i really learn to let go of the junior leaders...that really make me feel worry that they might not be able to handle it...but all of that does not happen..they handle the sec 1 well but they still have room for improvement...
first day i at least give they an example how to get the sec 1 going...and when the 2nd day came...i give them a try to handle but with my coaching...as the 3rd came...i let them do all of the stuff without me...as wat me rineal say..let the die..haha...but they did not die.... they managed to do it....very well done...
